All services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
9. AI-Generated and Assisted Content
The Platform may utilize AI tools, automation systems, machine learning technologies, language models, or AI-assisted processes to assist with research, drafting, organization, translation, ideation, summarization, content creation, workflow automation, or other operational activities.
Users acknowledge and agree that: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, biases, hallucinations, formatting issues, or outdated information; AI outputs require independent human review and verification; The Platform does not guarantee factual accuracy of AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs; Users remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables; AI-assisted services may involve third-party platforms or software providers.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

Users may not claim ownership over underlying systems, workflows, templates, or methodologies unless expressly transferred in writing.
16. License to Use Submitted Materials
By submitting materials to the Platform, users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, process, store, and transmit such materials solely for purposes related to: Service delivery, Project execution, Internal operations, Quality assurance, Communication, Technical processing, Workflow management.
This license terminates upon completion or termination of services except where retention is required for legal, operational, archival, security, or compliance purposes.
17. Payments and Billing
All fees, pricing structures, retainers, deposits, subscriptions, milestone payments, project fees, and service charges are subject to change at any time.
Unless otherwise stated: Payments must be made in full and on time; Deposits may be non-refundable; Work may not begin until payment is received; Delayed payments may pause services; Outstanding balances may result in project suspension or termination; Users are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, fees, and transaction charges.
Failure to pay may result in: Service suspension; Cancellation; Removal of access; Delayed delivery; Legal recovery actions.
18. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified in writing or on a dedicated refund policy page: Payments for completed work are non-refundable; Customized services may be non-refundable; Deposits may be non-refundable; Refund eligibility may depend on project stage, work completed, operational costs, and contractual terms.
The Platform reserves sole discretion regarding refund determinations.
19. Revisions and Approvals

Unless otherwise stated: Revisions must remain within the original project scope; Additional revisions may incur additional fees; Scope changes may require revised pricing and timelines; Delayed feedback may affect delivery schedules.
User approval of deliverables constitutes acceptance of completed work.

28. Disclaimer of Warranties
